Electronic payments company ePay has launched a new service that allows Bulgarians to pay household bills through SMS messages.

In order to use the system one must have a registration, which could be made in ePay’s site or by telephone and a valid bankcard, issued by one out of 21 Bulgarian banks.

Subscribers to the ePayGSM service receive each month a message with details about their household bills as well as instructions for their payment.
