Well, I hope everyone who has ever thought about purchasing a Maxtor External Hard Drive from Seagate, seriously rethinks the idea, because mine no longer works. And to make matters worse, I called their data recovery center and I got a prerecorded message saying that everyone was in a staff meeting. Bull crap!

I opened the thing, which of course voids the warranty to see if I could jerry-rig it and get it to work, but to no avail. I think the thing I’m going to miss the most is the literally thousands of pictures I lost So, if you’re thinking about getting a Maxtor External Hard Drive, don’t!
